Accessible and inclusive programes

  • The Tactile Area (selected artefacts described in Braille) and Tactile mural, created for persons with disabilities (primarily blind and visually impaired persons). Available daily with staff guidance. It is suitable for workshops.
  • „Let’s rely on each other“ – aiming to understand the problems that blind and partially sighted people face, workshop four times a year.
  • „The darkness is not the end“, improving the accessibility of cultural institutions for PWD population, developing creativity as well as awareness of the cultural heritage inherited by our institution, including people with disabilities in everyday cultural, scientific and social events.
  • Dajte nam Å¡ansu – Cycles of workshops for people with intellectual disabilities of different age, in a cooperation with the association „Dajte nam Å¡ansu“.Workshops are organized at least once a month. Workshops are always held together with professionals in working with PWDs.
  • Museum kingdom – fairytale – workshop for children with intellectual disabilities (mainly autistic spectrum). The workshop attends to practice the concentration of the PWDs, as well as their understanding, by involving them in the story, by looking for characters and answering on questions.
